You cannot just drop one channel. You would need to drop the whole tier the channel is listed in.

You can cancel subscription items like Anime Network On Demand (https://www.xfinity.com/anime) by contacting one of their reps at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or by visiting a Service Center (check locations and hours at http://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/).

Comcast sometimes responds to questions here in the forums, and sometimes they do not. When they do they might respond in a few hours, or it may take several days.

Hi asuna, I can assist you further with ending your subscription to "Anime network". First I need to verify your account information, please send me a private message with your full address, account number, and the name on the account by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me".
