I do not see the the entire program from my dvr on my phone or tablet

I do not see the the entire program from my dvr on my phone or tablet

When watching program on my phone or tablet that are recorded on my DVR I do not see the entore program. For Example: a one hour program ends after about 45 minutes and I cannot see the final 15 minutes. If I watch on my TV at home th entire one hour is there.
