I did not receive email confirmation from xfinity on demand charge? It’s said I suppose confirm my e

I purchase xfinity on demand. Email and pass has set up. I did not receive email to confirm my email on the acct. it’s said I have 72 hours to confirm, after 72 hours I’m not confirm, my account will no work. How am I suppose to be able to use my username and password to log in after 72 hours expire.
