I can't see True Blood Season 4!!!!!!!!!!

I keep getting Error message 571 This video is unavailabel or it cannot be played.  I saw Episode 1, but it kept stopping every other minute! I uninstalled my adobe flash player and it is still not playing.  So much for your troubleshooting tips!

Usually every 500 error code besides 571 is a Flash issue. This particular error is a Silverlight error.

Please completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer and then try playing the episode again. You will now be prompted to download Silverlight. Please follow all the on-screen instructions and then try again.

Thanks,
Joe
