I can't play any video on my tablet

Hi. I've been having this issue about not being able to play any tv series or movie video from my xfinity tv go app. This has been happening for the past 3 days. I have a samsung galaxy tab 2 and I have had the app for almost a month and this hadn't happened previously. A message appears that reads "error 106000:47" after it starts trying to playback.I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, restarting the tab, but nothing seems to work. I hope someone can help me. Thank you!

 Same here except I have the Galaxy note. I Love paying for a service I Can't Use. No explanation from Comcast.
