I can't log on to my DVR via internet

I can't log on to my DVR via internet.  I keep getting errors:

 

errors include:

 

An error occurred while processing your request.

I also get this page every once and a while:

 

Hmmm, we're having trouble finding that page.

It's probably because the page has moved or is no longer available. If you typed in the address, you may want to double-check your spelling. If you think you've found a broken link, please let us know.

 

It happens with both Firefox 41.0.1 and Internet Explorer 11.

 

I've rebooted the X1 DVR and that does not help.

I'm afraid you are going to need to call into Comcast and have them open a trouble ticket for this one... there's nothing you can do at this point.  Make sure you explain and give the error message to the CSR.
