I can't get the Xfinity remote app to change the channels on boxes.

I can't get the Xfinity remote app to change the channels on boxes.

I have a business that runs 3 RGN110 boxes. When I log in to remote app all three boxes are there in the options menu. When I go to change the channel it just gives me "sorry there was error" message. I have talked to 3 techs on the phone and none have solved the issue. The last tech said the app doesn't work with business accounts and I need to get residential boxes. I tried to go to Comcast to exchange the boxes and the rep there told me that's exchanging the box for residential box wouldn't work. Can someone please help me out here? So far the only thing I have read on line is "that it suddenly just started working"
