I can't find a movie I bought on my purchases app

I can't find a movie I bought on my purchases app

I purchased a movie this morning but it isn't showing up on my "purchased" app. I've bought many movies and they are usually there witching 5 minutes.  It's rated the same as many of my other purchases so I don't think it's my parental controls. I even went in and made sure they were all open to watch anything as e don't have children in our household.  Any ideas?
