I can no longer watch movies

I'm having trouble seeing movies on my iMAC, I installed the microsoft silverlight and now I get the following error:  We notice you do not have DRM support enabled for Microsoft Silverlight (Error 6013)I don't know what that means, I used to be able to see movies on my iMAC but after I upgraded my speed I can no longer see the movies.

Re: I can no longer watch movies

comcast has no i idea how to fix this.  I looked at other postings about error 6030 and it seems like they are hiding when it comes to this issue.  I saw one comcast employee respond saying he is working on it.  He posted that on 5/14, hasnt even given an update
