I am having the same problem which started on Tuesday (5/12) after I installed the latest update from Adobe Flash Player (version 17.0.0.188).  I spent an hour on the phone with a Comcast technician this morning with no resolution of my problem.  I can watch live streaming, but no on-demand videos.

I don't know if this could have been a problem.

One thing that can happen is something like … too many devices activated.

That happened to me with iTunes (after replacing a former personal computer with a new one) as well with setting up Showtime Anytime on one of my other devices.

Maybe that's not a problem. But, I did want to mention that that can happen.
