I always get choppy playback

New Poster

I always get choppy playback

95% of the time I seem to get very choppy playback watching shows online.   This is very frustrating.

I can watch maybe 1-5 minutes of xfinity video (for example bates motel) - and then playback stops and buffers for what seems like at least a minute - and then plays 1-5 minutes and repeats.

Re: I always get choppy playback

are you wired or going wireless.  I can tell you I have no issues.  Have you tried these videos on your cable box and do they work there.
