How to remove devices?

i am having difficulty in removing devices that do not exist from my account. My account says there are no devices attached to my account yet when try to access the apps on my iPhone or iPad, I get an error message that states I have reached my limit.

Try looking here and remove the devices that you are not using:  https://device.comcast.net/devices

I tried this already. I have no devices connected to this account. When I try to access my app, it says I have exceeded my device limit.

When you went to https://device.comcast.net/devices, did you sign in with the "Primary account"?  Only the "Primary account"  is allowed to remove devices.

I am having same issue, removed the devices. Been on phone with comcast 2 days so far issue not resolved.
