How to Block 'Buy' movie option

How to Block 'Buy' movie option

My college daughter is off at college, signs into my comcast account and watches 'On Demand' shows, catches up with her usual TV shows, watches a movie etc.  I have noticed, that in addition to this, she 'could' click on an item and 'Buy' it with my account.  I have created a separate e-mail for her, and granted access, but how can I block her from accidentally (or purposely) buying somethiing on my account?

Re: How to Block 'Buy' movie option

Hi SpencerPJ-

From the XfinityTV.com site, your daughter will be able to watch any content that's available as part of your subscription.

The only content she can buy online is through our new XfinityTV Store ( http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/store), but this type of purchase made online can only be charged to a credit card, not your Comcast account.

If she (or anyone in your household) is in front of your TV and has access to your set top box, she can buy or rent On Demand content. You can limit this buy adding a Purchasing PIN. You can read more about that here:  http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/how-to-block-purchase-of-pay-per-view/
