How do I access future days in GUIDE with remote.

How do I access future days in GUIDE with remote.

How do I access programs for days other than the current one on the GUIDE screen with remote on your new X1 platform?

Also, the comcast remote doesn't power off the DVR box when I press ALL POWER at the end of my viewing session. Is the box supposed to stay on even when not watching TV?

Re: How do I access future days in GUIDE with remote.

The X1 boxes do not support jumping ahead or back a day in the guide.  You can keep on scrolling right or left to go forward or back in time, but that's more or less it.  They are aware of this deficiency and are working on bringing that feature to the X1 boxes.

A little while ago Comcast updated the X1 software so that the All Power button on the remote won't turn off the box.  You can either leave it on (as most people end up doing), turn it off by using the physical power button on the right side of the box itself, or set up power save option in settings to have it turn off the box after a certain period of time.
