I know you can contact folks we can't...

When do we get a reason for no HBOgo???

I'm telling you, the issue will not go away, and making people angry will not get Comcast happy results.


Don't come here telling us it is not offered at this time...

Comcast either doesn't want us to use the bandwidth, doesn't care, or __________ (insert reason here).


WHAT IS IT ????????


 Do we need to contact the CEO at his home?  Perhaps he can answer...

what do you mean no hbogo, you can watch hbogo on your computer, phone, tablet and xbox 360 just not on Roku or smart tv's is that what you are referring to?  YOu make no mention of that in your post.

Sorry, I forgot that this is specific to no HBOgo support for Samsung TV's....

This issue has been disscussed at length with no official answer. Other cable outfits have made it work, & since Comcast is "partnered" with Samsung, this should be available.

Please review thread(s) on this subject.


I guess it might be great for some, but I have no interest in watching movies on a phone or laptop...

I paid too much for a big TV and cable & a comfy chair for that.


I think the Roku owner's deserve an answer too, but perhaps reasons are different.

I'm looking into some "alternate" contact numbers for comcast principals...

I'll post them here so we can bring this to someone elses' attention...
