Can't acces channel on my xfinity app says I'm not subscribed when we have all of the channels

Me Too!  I have the exact same problem but cannot get through to anyone.  I also tried the chat option but get the message that no chat operators avaiable.  What is going on with Comcast??? And they are merging with Time-Warner so now they REALLY don't have to care...time to switch to Verizon...

No sound i also waited 3 hrs on phone for help But they don't mind charging high monthly fees!

And they obviously don't read these posts as I have yet to see any reply from Comcast...
