Hd box not showing up as a compatible box for tv app nor online access

Wondering if messaging comcast joe solved your problem. I have the same exact issue and contacted comcast IM help twice but they told me to restart and second time told me to use hte primary account both things didn't fix my problem. any ideas?

 

Motorola RNG150N

DCX3200 it says on the bottom too.

Do you mean what is the model? The model is:

Motorola RNG150N

DCX3200 it says on the bottom too.

 

We have two of these boxes with the same model and the third box is a DVR box that is different.

One of the HD boxes is showing up and the DVR box is showing up. The last HD Box which is mine is not showing up though. 

 

Do you need a serial number or something?

Have you named your boxes?

 

If you have not, go here to name your boxes and then tell me the name of the box is not working.
