Hd box not showing up as a compatible box for tv app nor online access

Im having an issue with one HD box. I have one DVR and two HD boxes. The TV APP and online Box Management says; "

TV Control is not available for this cable box. Why? "
 
The App and online control is working good for the DVR and 1 HD box, however I cannot change channels for the HD box in question. The box Im having issues with is a Motorola DCX3200.
 
I have called tech support two times on this issue and have trouble ticket, but the issue still persists and haven't received a email or call from tech support about the issue.
 
I have the latest version of the Tv App on my Iphone 4 and the latest IOS version. I have unplugged the box several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, rebooted the gateway, and rebooted everything (gateway, dvr, both hd boxes), but it still doesn't work.
 
One thing that's I noticed is the box in question says Motorola on the front and says "RNG150N" , but the bottom says DCX3200. The HD box that works says DCX3200 on the front and bottom.

go to the tv app thread and send a pm to comast joe, he will see it monday and try to fix it.
