I have difficulty understanding why this is taking so long? How is that I can use hbogo on all other devices but not a tivo? How different is the agreement from that with Google for android users, apple for iPhone or apple tv users, samsung tv users, etc? While I realize that tivo Comcast have a bit of a tenuous relationship, I would hope that Comcast is not punishing their paying customers due to past mis-steps in their dealings with tivo. I find it hard to belive smaller companies have been able to reach agreement, yet Comcast cannot manage to.

Why haven't you switched? I don't have FIOS in my neighborhood.
