Have channel subscription, but on demand content won't play.

Hello, About 2 weeks ago I began experiencing an issue with on demand content.


After logging into xfinity.comcast.net I am unable to watch any ondemand programming for the channel ABCFamily. I am able to watch the channel live on my television, but any time I try to access the ondemand content it claims that I need an subscription that includes ABCFamily. 


I have even tried going to abcfamily's app on their website which says the same thing after logging in with comcast, that I don't have a subscription.


I've called customer support several times and each time they've verified that I do indeed have the subscription and that it seems to be a "data sync" issue. They then have "escalated" the ticket and said that a technical rep will be contacting me. This rep has never made contact with me in the following days.


I've also tried all the usual troubleshooting steps:

  Resetting the cable box

  Clearing browser cache/cookies

  Restarting the computer


Please adivse what I should do next as I'm about to cancel our account with Comcast.
