HDHomeRun Prime / Windows Media Center: No Sound on Starz, No TV Signal on CW Channels

Hi.  I have a HDHomeRun Prime with Windows Media Center and CableCard.  All channels work on my plan except for the CW Channels (810 and 1069): I get "No TV Signal" on the Windows Media Center interface when I tune to the channels.  The HDHomeRun Prime doesn't even show the channels in the Channel Lineup and they still won't show up after Detecting channels.  Also I get sound, but no picture on the Starz HD channels. I haven't tried the SD channels.  I've updated to the latest HDHomeRun Prime firmware.

It's been a couple of years since I had that setup (since Microsoft stopped supporting Windows Media Center after Windows 7), but have you tried turning off the system, pulling out the cable card and putting it back in, then running Setup again?

If that doesn't work, I would suggest calling Comcast support directly and have them reprovision the cable card.
