HDHomeRun Prime / No Premium Channels

HDHomeRun Prime / No Premium Channels

I have HDHomerun Prime, with an Xfinity cablecard. I get all the channels, except Starz (the only premium channel I pay for).

 

Spoke with the activation line (technical support), and they said I shouldn't be able to get premium channels if I'm using a third party box (non-Comcast). 

 

I've read where a dozen have had their premium channels fixed with my exact set-up. The person on the phone just couldn't help me. 

 

Can anyone confirm this? If technical support can't help what are my options?
