HDHOMERUN NO VALIDATION

HDHOMERUN NO VALIDATION

Hope someone from video support sees this.

 

I have a CC paired with a HDHomerun Prime but cannot get anyone to get this fired up.  Successfully "paired" via the folks at 1-877 but we're stuck with a lack of validation. Out of Band Lock is perfect and receiving messages but no validation or channel map.

 

I've dealt with this as a field tech and I know it is not a CC issue.  I remember on the old billing system they had separate validation hits for mismatches in the warehouse inventory. 

 

Can someone assist please?
