HD pixelization

I see ALOT of topics on this has anyone had success with a fix ? mine is getting real bad on all tv's, a tech did come out and changed some fittings on my splitters I tried everything he told me to do if the problem came back, all cs wants to do is re set my box , I pay ALOT of $ every month and this is unacceptable ! and then want to charge me for a house call REALY !!! I'm at my whit's end

call 800-Comcast and ask them to run the Einstein check on your equipment. It is likely based on your description that a tech visit to your home will be needed.

they ran 4 test by phone on my equipment and have come to the house and the problem persists actualy worse now than before and it's beteween 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, gotta be a line issue somewhere whether at my house or down the street somewhere ?

Hi, Pete1971! The issue with the pixelation could be caused by wiring problems. I checked your account and the last tech visit was 3 months ago. We definitely have to schedule another one to check deeper what can be a possible cause of the issue.
