HBOGo will not authenticate

Hello - HBO Go will not authenticate for me -- I click "Sign-in" on hbogo.com, then Comcast, then when I enter my Comcast credentials I receive this error page: https://login.comcast.net/h/tve_unauthorized_nochannel.html

When I try to watch HBO through the Comcast website (an episode of John Adams here for instance: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/John-Adams/6858275106995145112/full-episodes#episode=903265238148... I receive another unauthorized message and an offer to subscribe to HBO:  "This program is only available to XFINITY customers with a subscription to HBO On Demand. Want to subscribe to HBO now for10 dollars/mo/12 mos?"

Please let me know what other information I can provide - and how we can resolve this issue.

Thank you!

Ben

Re: HBOGo will not authenticate

Hello,

I had the same issue a couple of months ago so I created a account on the hbogo site which is a lot better then the one on comcast site. To get the hbogo site to work you will have to create a new account and then you choose comcast as your isp and use your email and password and your in.

Now after I created this on the hbogo website I tried to go back to the comcast hbogo on the xfinity tv site it worked.

Don't waist your time trying to call tech support from hbogo because they will say speak to comcast and comcast will tell you it is hbogo problems.

Is HBO working on your TV and through your set-top box On Demand?
