HBO- unable to access a show on demand

I am an HBO subscriber. I've been watching season 1 of True Blood on demand, even earlier today. Now I am apparently locked out with a message saying I must subscribe to HBO (again). I am clearly signed in. What to do?

Re: HBO- unable to access a show on demand

your posting in the on demand section of this forum that relates to on demand on your cable box.  are you talking about on your computer?  If so you should post this in the xfinity tv thread, someone from comcast monitors that area.   This is probably just an account issue that you need to call about though.
