HBO subscription required even though I already have one

When I try to watch a video there is a message that says you need HBO subscription to watch it even though I already have an HBO subscription. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Re: HBO subscription required even though I already have one

I have been on the phone with Comcast for the past 1 1/2 hours to try to find out why I have had HBO for three years, and all of a sudden it is no longer available.  I know i have received some "free" HBO services, but certainly not for three years.  I get NOOOO satisfaction from customer support, and even though I asked to be transferred to  Customer Solutions, that did not take place.  I guess the alternative is to go u-verse.

I'm getting the same error with Streaampix. I started watching the show last night, and all of a sudden it tells me I need to subscribe to Streampix. What's strange is that I do subscribe to it, and when I click on "Get Xfinity STreampix", I get a message that says I already have it.....I have had SO much trouble with Comcast latel Smiley Sad

WE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AS WELL.  TECH WAS HERE FOR ABOUT 8 HOURS THE OTHER DAY TRYING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE WITH NO RESOLUTION!  EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
