HBO not working with subscription

HBO not working with subscription

We currently have a subscription to HBO but the site does not recognize that and will not allow me to stream videos without telling me I need to buy a subscription. Seeing as I already have the subscription I am not sure where the issue seems to be coming from. Thank you.

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again. 

 

If it is still not working, please check your TV and make sure HBO is working on your TV and On Demand.

Deleted all the cookies and cache and re-logged on to the site. Still says I need a subscription. Works fine on the at home TV.

I am having the EXACT same problem, I called comcast a week ago regarding this, got no call back and no resolution. Has yours been fixed?
