HBO not activated

HBO not activated

My package includes screaming of HBO. AS of yet, I have not been able to access it. WhEN I try, it tells me that I don't have subscription. i have called several times and the problems has not been resolved. I would like to have HBO cancelled and refund the money that was paid for the first bill.

I've had the same problem since installation back in November and I'm still looking for a solution.  I can't watch HBO live or DVR it, but HBO On Demand still works.  Wondering if there is something that can be done.
