I would like to w atchTrueblood on my computer today but when I try, the message, "Upgrade your xfinity player", comes up but there is no link to do so.  Please help.

Completely remove Silverlight from your computer and then try downloading it again from here. Follow all the on-screen installation instructions and then try watching True Blood again.

 

Let me know the results.

I did as you suggested and removed silverlight and reinstalled from your link but still no results, please help..

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
