HBO Is Not Part of your Subscription When Viewing Xfinity TV GO Shows

When I go to manage channels: http://www.xfinity.com/upgrade-center/channel-add-ons , it says that I have HBO.

When I try to to view any HBO content: http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-networks/HBO/56/main , it says that I do not have an HBO subscription.


I contacted customer support and was told this is an outage they've been addressing for a few days -- but I'm pretty sure I've always received this message for the entiery of my service (months). 


I reached out to a few friends/neighbors that have identical packages and services and none of them are experiencing the above issue. Is anyone else in the wider comcast-world seeing the same problem?
