HBO Go not working

HBO Go not working

I signed up for basic TV, internet and HBO Go bundle, Blast Plus I believe, it's been a month and a half with three phone calls, 6 hours straight with "chat help" with 6 different people and NO HBO GO. I was told by the chat that I needed a box, and that it would be sent to me, I've read other places that this is untrue, a remote was sent and nothing else, I have no need for a box, I watch online. All I want is to watch what I paid for 1 AND 1/2 MONTHS AGO. Thinking of canceling my sevice due to poor customer service

Blast plus doesn't include HBO.  Internet+ includes hbo.  Unless you added hbo when you orderedo blast plus.

It was part of a promotional sign up bundle with a big HBO Go logo next to it, so yeah it was included
