HBO GO won't activate -- we have an HBO subscription.

HBO GO won't activate -- we have an HBO subscription.

Hi,

We've had HBO for years (and HBO Go has worked). Starting 2 days ago, HBO GO won't work. We go to activate it and the XFINITY website says we need to sign up for HBO. When I go to sign up, it says we can't get HBO with our subscription. The problem is that we already have HBO.

Is this a problem with my "entitlements"?

Any help will be appreciated.

Sounds like the same problem as mine [solved], requires Comcast admin to resolve it -

It has been randomly happening to me over the last few months, and it happens to all my devices at the same time (Android, iOS, and Windows PC). I hope they get yours working as well, it's frustrating to pay for something and not be able to use it...
