Hi,
We've had HBO for years (and HBO Go has worked). Starting 2 days ago, HBO GO won't work. We go to activate it and the XFINITY website says we need to sign up for HBO. When I go to sign up, it says we can't get HBO with our subscription. The problem is that we already have HBO.
Is this a problem with my "entitlements"?
Any help will be appreciated.

It has been randomly happening to me over the last few months, and it happens to all my devices at the same time (Android, iOS, and Windows PC). I hope they get yours working as well, it's frustrating to pay for something and not be able to use it...
