Fullscreen

I cant get any shows to display in fullscreen mode on my computer. I click on the bottom right button and the screen freezes for a few seconds then continues playing. Any help would be apreciated.

Re: Fullscreen

Could be a issue with your video card not being able to handle fullscreen video.

Omega31,

scottryanmead may be right. Make sure your video card can handle full screen video.

Also, Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you. Please add what video you are trying to watch also.

Omega31,

Make sure that you have the most up to date service pack installed for Windows XP.

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe
