From Hardwired Laptop: Error Code 6000

I was trying to watch Game of Thrones from my laptop and after saying authorizing account it goes to the parental guidance screen shortly followed (about 3 seconds) by a screen saying the video cannot be played and that the video is unavailable with the code 6000. I tried several different web browsers with no luck.

Please Help and thank you
