Frequent Rebooting

I frequently get the RDK-03033 error message.  Rebooting does work but something else is wrong because it happens throughout the day.

Hi, try unplugging the set top for 30 seconds or so from AC power then plugging back in and when it comes back up to live TV see if you are still having the problem.

Are you getting that error on one box or both?
