Freezing Trouble

Freezing Trouble

At times when I go from the small screen box and make it bigger the picture freezes, the sound is still there just the picture freezes. I've tried waiting and nothing. I've tried rewinding and fast forwarding and everything freezes. Sometimes when a commercial comes up in and makes the box smaller and it goes back to the show and i try to make it bigger the same problem. I have to reload the page and find where i started from. Any solution to this? Its really annoying.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
