Freezes

Continues to Freeze while watching anything that has to do with the iphone Xfinity app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. the last 2 revisions of this app were much better in streaming programs with no freezes at all on my end. This revision not working for many features and seems to be a dudd.

What video(s) are you trying to watch on the app?

Re: Freezes

All of them. With the minor exception of Youtube - but you aren't affiliated with them at all and its not part of the xfinity app. I never have a problem streaming with the Youtube app, Neflix app, or Hulu+ app.

Try a different Wi-Fi connection and see if video playback improves. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Also, what specific videos are you trying to watch?

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Freezes

That is probably the lamest tech support suggestion i've ever heard. If you had actually read my post.

Its like that on ANY wifi or Hardwire connection.

"Netflix, hulu+, youtube app for my iphone Doesn't freeze, stutter, or go absolutely black when watching it. The wireless connection has nothing to do with this poor implementation of this app."

Do you guys even test the app before you release it to the public?

How much training do you have in tech support ComcastJoe? its speculative at best you have any savvy technical experience at all; just basing this upon you answers thus far... its no wonder you guys have to hire contractors to do you tech support for you.
