Fox is not part of your subscription

I get Fox on my TV but when I want to see it on my computer I get FOX is not part of your subscriptions.

I have the same problem. Have never been able to figure out why that happens.

It's my theory that when this happens it's a problem on the authentication backend that ties your account and what channels you subscribe to your Xfinity login. In many cases people have been able to call the Applications Department at 877-599-1845 and get it corrected, also in some cases the problem fixes itself within a few days.
