Yes I did......and the rep could not help me. She said she couldn't figure it out. By locked I mean the little orange key. These are channels that I have been getting all along and now they are locked.
I am having the same issue. I have been watching these channels from my PC with no problem until today. I was trying to watch AMC but it said "subscription required", same thing with HGTV, and I have watched these without the "subscription" since February. Do you now have to pay extra to watch these channels? This is obviously not a an individual problem with my account, WHAT CHANGED COMCAST? AND WHY?
There seems to be some work being done on that webpage. I have noticed some issues with my settings on the online guide page also.
