As many people have written about problems getting stuck at the Rating Screen I had the same problem with Internet Explorer. Oddly when I tried a Disney program there was no issue. Normally the rating screen should come up and then it should proceed.
In regard to the few Live TV choices you may get a screen that says loading, however it will never load and if you look at your network connection status you will see there are no packets being received.
Both of these problems went away for me by using Google Chrome or Firefox Browsers. I do not know why Explorer has issues. The sound and picture were not synced together well but that is a quality issue possibly the Celeron D computer I was using, however ABC, CBS, NBC all work well directly through the internet. Hope this helps.
the online streaming is non-existant, it skipps and is unwatchable, i use netflix and redbox to watch movies, yet comcast still charges me for these features and cares less about this issue
