Firefox not working either

Unable to access premium channels.  Tried all your short-term fixes.  Firefox only worked one time.  It now has me locked out of Starz completely, saying I need a subscription which I am paying for.  Any idea how long this problem is expected to last?  Thanks in advance.

I was having the same issue - in Chrome, IE and FF.

Don't know what their short term fixes were, but I closed all open comcast windows, cleared my cache, and reopened it.

With FF I was able to get back to playing what I was watching (Game of Thrones on HBO).

Safari looked promising, but it's not supported and won't playback videos.

Shoot back if this helpe - maybe we can help others. I suspect corrupted cookies/cookie reading.

I take it your using this on your computer?   did you clear all your cookies and the cache, uninstall the app, reinstall silverlight. sometimes its just a comcast thing that you cant fix.
