Figure it out already!

Watching television shows with commercials takes more than the 1 hour time slot from watching in real time. It never works! It's so frustrating. The commercials play numberous times - Then the show ends - or just quits. It's impossibel to get back to resume where it was last stopped without having to watch a series of commercials again and again. I dont understand why the technology just doesn't work ?! It becomes a waste of time and makes me just toon into netfix.

There have been many similar complaints; there's a thread specifically for advertising related issues here http://forums.comcast.com/t5/XfinityTV-Website/Ad-Issue-during-Video-Playback-on-http-xfinitytv-comc... and you can read the recent reply by ComcastMatt that these issues have been reported and are now in the process of being addressed.

 

If you feel that you want to add any additional information then the best thing is for you to post the details there.
