Feedback on extremely POOR ONLINE availability

Have tried for 2 days to see the latest episodes of America's Got Talent. I am travelling and using the Xfinity TV Go app on my iPad2 (current iOS, etc.). The shows are extremely slow to load and recently NEVER LOAD. All I get is a spinning wheel that never presents the programming. 

NOT HAPPY. WHY is this going on. I have internet service in the 10-20MB range.


I am logged in so you can email me suggestions/solutions!!! Since this is a Forum....only place I can find to contact for support.....I'm sure it likely will NEVER be seen!!!!
