Favorite channels on TV listings on the website

I want to add and delete favorites on the website  at TV listings.  Although I had  done  it before, it doesn't seem to work now.  I get a message that says "no compatible cable boxes were found in your household."  My cable box is on!

Make sure that you are clicking the hearts to the left of the network logos and not the actual network logo. Clicking the network logo is for changing your channel through your computer if eligible.

Select and de-select the hearts to manage your favorites.
