Failed Box

I've got a PC PXD01ANI box in the bedroom.  The Comcast website is reporting the connection as "Failed".  I hit the "Refresh" button, and nothing happens.  The bedroom TV is on and working fine.  What is up with the box?

what error is displayed on the TV attached to the set top box? have you removed A/C power from the XiD box for 30 seconds or so then plugged back in? Do you have a Comcast supplied modem? If so, is the 'MOCA" LED on the back of the unit lit?

Don't worry about, those devices don't have signal levels to check, that's why it shows failed. They probably could've used a better term.

Just was wondering the exact same thing. Mine says the same online. They really need to update that.
