Thanks, I haven't used the TV Guide for quite some time, will have to check it out again..

I've been using  http://www.zap2it.com   and since comcast trashed their guide, I'm looking for a second guide..   I always enjoyed their review section..

http://www.titantv.com/    was also suggested by another poster, another one to check out..

ciao, bj

Re: FYI: www.tvguide.com works

Only problem is you can't use TV Guide to auto program your DVR, so you are stuck either doing it the slow way on the set-top box, or really hosed using the sub standard new Xfinity TV web portal Listings.

It was mentioned by the original poster for Titan TV that you could program your DVR..  Interesting....   I am a NON X1 subscriber, so don't know if it means anything..  I had to register at titan.com to get the following:

Re: FYI: www.tvguide.com works

That doesn't work for Comcast DVRs.  It is for integration with computer based DVRs, I guess like Windows Media Center, and the like.  Does nothing when you click the record link, except create a file on your computer.  Trust me, I already tried it.

LOL...  Thanks for the feedback, HATO..   Smiley Wink Sounded too good to be true.    Doesn't bother me too much.  I do miss the convenience of using the computer to program and manage my DVR..   But I did it before and I can do it again.

DON'T NEED NO UGLY, UNFRIENDLY, UNMANAGEABLE,  NEW WAY TO WATCH TV PROGRAM & GRID..

ciao, bj
