FLASH PLAYER ISSUE!!!! HELP HELP HELP

I started to get this message today :

 

This video cannot be played.

When I follow the steps provided its still does not work. I have tried 20 times plus shut down, re started, deleted cookies, cleared my history and cashe ... still Nothing!!!!  Please Help!!! Smiley Sad
