Explicit Language

Explicit Language

To whom it may concern:

I was extremely disappointed in a promo by Exfinity which did not do a good job in bleeping out explicatives. The promo is “Stars under pressure, you’re the worst” with Donohue & Borges.

It’s bad enough that family shows are laden with inappropriate material, we should not have to hear explicit language on the on demand preview guide. I am voicing my complaint as a customer of Comcast and would like a response to my concern.

Sincerely,

R Baker

Re: Explicit Language

Hi Slimbaker -- Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To be clear, we do not have control of ad content and cannot edit expletives in the ads. That is the responsibility, or up to, the ad content holder. That said, we can review ads that air during On Demand content to see if they should be aired during the On Demand programming type. Are you able to provide examples of programs where you have seen this ad placement please?
