Exit new xfinity website experience

Exit new xfinity website experience

Today when I signed on I got a prompt to try out the new website. I agreed. Unfortunately, the video streaming is totally awful. It stutters and tells me 'poor signal' (like it's the 90s!).

Anyone know how I can go back to the old website experience? This one is not ready.

Re: Exit new xfinity TV website experience

Yeah, it seems to be a UX fail. You can go to xfinitytv.comcast.net to get back to the old site.

(Edit: apparently it contaminated me and now #1 and 6 below are problems in my old site.)

My issues in the 30 seconds of trying to use the new method.

1. The full screen button only increases the screen to fill the browser window, needs to actually take over the screen. (at this point I went back to the old site).

2. Doesn't have the shows/movies which I previously 'saved' on the old site for future viewing.

3. In a TV season that I've been watching, it doesn't indicate which episodes I've watched.

4. Doesn't show the last watched list.

5.  Wastes a lot of screen real estate when viewing TV seasons. You could only see 3 episodes without scrolling.

6. The indicator at the bottom of the screen showing how far into an episode you are doesn't indicate when the commercials will occur.
